You will need to provide your Driving License or Passport and a recent business utility bill for us to photocopy and keep on file.

Trade References will be used and verified.

If all details on the form are not completed or documents provided, you will only be able to pay by cash.

All purchases are to be made by cash for the first Month and after by cash or cheque, (we do not accept credit/debit cards) at the discretion of the Directors.

Your customer card must be presented to the checkout operators on every occasion or proof of identity will be requested.

A charge will be made if we have a cheque from your business/yourself returned by the bank marked "Refer to Drawer" This will be £15.00 to cover bank charges and administration.

Title to the goods shall remain with Penwithian Wholesalers Ltd until payment in full has been recieved in cleared funds.
